2. Pre-Vacuum.  One of the most important steps in cleaning.
3. Furniture Moving.  Includes sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. (furniture is placed on skids for protection)
4. Pre-Spray.  A pre-conditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for thorough cleaning.
5. Pre-Spotting.  Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chance of removal.
6. Soil Extraction and Rinse.  Carpet is thoroughly rinsed with a powerful extraction system without over wetting.
7. Post spotting.  Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
8. Post Grooming.  Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster in the right position.
9. Speed Drying.  High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to promote drying.
10. Inspection.  We will walk through your home with you to make sure you are satisfied with the job.
